Howdy all, I have just taken delivery of my Bristell a few days ago and my first step I have been advised is to fill in the Rivet holes. Can anyone recommend a lightweight filler which I can use to fill in the heads. Thank you.

Hi, I filled all my rivets, underneath as well, with Polyfiber Superfil applied with cheap syringes bought on ebay. This is the second aircraft I have filled with Polyfiber Superfil and it is very light and doesn't drop out with age unlike some other fillers. You can get it in the UK from:- www.aircraftcoverings.co.uk/.......Be warned though it's not cheap like normal bodyfiller stuff. It also takes ages to do so you will need lots of patience! Thank you Alan, I have brought the product and just received it in the post. I am hoping to go to the airport next week to start working on my A/C .

I have recently used Superfil to fill my rivets. I'm very pleased with the way they have turned out. I'm going to attempt to post a photo of them filled, in primer and finally painted. I used Luer twist lock syringes and 15 Gauge blunt needles. (All over eBay for pennies) I found this was about the best size that fitted into the rivet, to enable the filler to flow into the rivet but didn't restrict a good flow.
